Pınarlı Gayrimenkul

Pınarlı Gayrimenkul & İnşaat is a real estate and construction firm in Aksu, Antalya. I redesigned the business cards its agents hand to buyers, often their first physical point of contact. I presented three directions and prepared the chosen black and gold design for print for two agents.

Goal

In real estate, trust is built at the first meeting, and the business card is the only object left behind afterwards. My goal was a card that makes the firm read as established and high-end, one that feels substantial in the hand. The logo belongs to the client; my job was to place it with as much authority as possible.

Three directions

I proposed three characters: a minimal navy-grey corporate card with a QR code; a more decorative card with gold polygon lines and a script name; and a black and gold card built on a classic serif. The firm chose the third, the most timeless and serious of the three.

Final card and logo usage

On the back I stretched the logo vertically along the full height of the card, turning it from an emblem into an architectural element; for a construction firm this gives a sense of solid structure. On the front I kept the logo small and centred, set the name in a fine serif and gave the contact details a calm hierarchy. I delivered print-ready files for two agents.
