Kadir Karakoyun
Kadir Karakoyun is a real-estate consultant at Keller Williams Talya in Antalya and the leader of K2A Team. Since January 2026 I have run his brand end to end: I designed his personal identity, produce his listing and information content every month and edit his videos, design his listing brochures and built his website. The goal is to turn one consultant into a recognisable, trusted brand that stands out from thousands of near-identical portal listings.

Goal & Identity
On property portals every listing looks the same: the same angles, the same headlines. For a consultant to stand out, he first had to be recognised as a brand himself. I built the identity in two layers: a wordmark with a large red K monogram and a handwritten signature for Kadir Karakoyun's personal brand, and a grey-and-red K2A Team logo for his team. I kept the palette deliberately narrow: near-black #151515, warm white #fffefd and a deep red #b41918 close to Keller Williams red. The brand stays aligned with the firm it belongs to while carrying a face of its own.
Monthly Content System
Since February 2026 I have worked with the same system every month. Each new property becomes an Instagram carousel, a story and a presentation sent to buyers, built from an angled white FOR RENT/FOR SALE card, an icon row and a fixed contact bar. Alongside the listings run formats that give followers something useful: a rent-increase-rate post every month since March; educational posts that explain title deeds, tax and the earthquake code with big numbers, timelines and drawings; and achievement and training announcements. The aim is to move the account from a listing showcase to a channel that offers advice and builds trust. With Meta ads I take this content to the right audience and aim to turn it into listing enquiries and valuation requests. Below is one listing set from October 2026 and examples of each format; the work continues every month.
Video
With video, the footage is delivered to me; the edit, colour, audio clean-up, captions and graphics are mine. I shaped Kadir Karakoyun's videos on current topics such as the policy rate or property tax into a short, captioned, branded format. I cut short reels from Keller Williams trainings and events and make animated stories for special days. For the listing video I highlighted the building in red over drone footage supplied by a third party and added the listing details and a contact card. In the Father's Day film I used a scene I generated with Veo as one part of the edit.
Website: A Lead and Valuation Engine
I designed kadirkarakoyun.com as a tool that collects leads rather than an online business card. I built it from scratch with Next.js, React, Tailwind and three.js, with data on Cloudflare D1 and R2 and hosting on Vercel. Visitors can search listings, meet the team, book a meeting through Google Calendar without coming to the office, and ask for a valuation of their property from the first call to action on the home page. For selected listings I built 3D tours modelled in Blender with pre-baked lighting, so buyers can walk through a home room by room in daylight or at night. Listings, consultants, the blog, media, SEO and internal team requests are all managed from a single admin panel. For the launch I produced a 40-second vertical promo film in code with HyperFrames and used Gemini for the voiceover.
Print: Listing Brochures
I carried the language I built online into print. For every property I design a print-ready A4 brochure that is handed or sent to buyers: a cover that opens with the listing card over a drone photo, key-facts and location pages, gallery pages that show each room in large photographs, and a closing page with a portrait, a contact card and a WhatsApp QR code. The goal is for every page in a buyer's hands to carry the same brand and the same care as the listing on Instagram.
