Antalya Teknokent Demoday
Demoday was the final day of Antalya Teknokent’s AI and Game Technologies Acceleration Programme: the startups pitched their projects to a jury and speakers from the industry shared their experience; the Western Mediterranean Development Agency and GamFed were among the programme’s partners. For the event, held on 17 April 2024 at the Akdeniz University Faculty of Communication conference hall, I designed the entire visual identity and shot and edited the event film myself.

Goal
The event addressed students, founders, the jury and industry guests at the same time. My goal was an identity in which everything speaks one language, from the announcements that started two weeks earlier to the hall entrance, the stage screens and the film afterwards, so visitors would recognise in the hall the post they had seen on their phones.
Visual language
I brought the programme’s two subjects, AI and game technology, together in a polygonal figure wearing a VR headset and put it at the centre of the identity. A purple-navy night palette, a glowing hexagon mesh and a script “Welcome to Demoday” gave the event a technological yet warm character, and a fixed footer carrying the partner logos made every output part of one family.
Stage
For every speaker and panel I designed a stage screen carrying the name, title and topic, projected so it stayed legible from the back of the hall throughout the talks. As the programme moved from the opening speeches to the industry panel, the screen changed with it, so everyone in the hall always knew who was speaking.
Announcements and the event film
I announced the schedule, the panels and the jury on social media step by step, and for stories I made a 56-second animated video walking through the day hour by hour. On the day I filmed the hall, the pitches and the panel myself, and edited the footage into an 86-second event film with section titles in the same identity.
